Richard Pickard- Stained Glass Artist

I have always enjoyed art and had been looking for a new hobby to express the artist inside.  After much consideration and trying other things like pottery, I made the decision to start making stained glass artwork.

After attending several courses, I got hooked, and haven't looked back since.

I have made many items using the Tiffany copper-foil method.  I also love restoring old leaded windows back to their former glory or re-purposing them if they've completely had it!

Teaching these techniques came relatively easily, as I am a fully qualified teacher with an array of experiences across all sectors, and I am delighted to be able to share this wonderful art in the courses I run.
